La tierra está en una zona urbana rústica y hay pocas casas construidas en esta área. Aunque el sitio se llama Cañatalba, es una parte separada de la aldea de Domingo Perez y consiste en tres calles que eran originalmente un cortijo. La tierra tiene un almacén construido en ella algún 250m2. El dueño utiliza actualmente este almacén pues el suyo casa y lugar de trabajo del almacén pues él es carpintero independiente. El almacén se podía convertir para hacer una casa enorme. Hay agua de distribución y aguas residuales de la aldea. Hay también electricidad preparada para la maquinaria pesada. Los límites enteros de la tierra se emparedan y los árboles se plantan para no hacerla fea. La entrada a este diagrama es también privada y sube del camino principal algún 30m. El sitio es en un punto reservado encantador, muy asoleado, es una caminata 5min a Domingo Perez y las tiendas etc y tiene grandes visiónes. El consejo de la aldea también está planeando construir chalets de madera en el viejo campo del balompié al lado de esta tierra en la esperanza de traer en turismo al área. Hay solamente dos familias inglesas que viven en Domingo Perez. Este diagrama se podía utilizar fácilmente para hacer por lo menos cuatro casas grandes y aún para salir del sitio para una piscina communial y para dejar el espacio para un jardín.

A large plot of land some 2000m2 on the outskirts of Domingo Perez in a sub section of the village some 2kms away. The land is in a rustic urban zone and there are few houses built in this area. Although the site is called Cañatalba, it is a seperated part of the village of Domingo Perez and consists of three streets that were originally a cortijo. The land has a warehouse built on it some 250m2. The owner at present uses this warehouse as his store house and workplace as he is a self employed carpenter. The warehouse could be converted to make an enormous house. There is village mains water and sewage. There is also electricity prepared for heavy machinery. The entire boundaries of the land are walled and trees planted so as to not make it ugly. The entrance to this plot is also private and comes up from the main road some 30m. The site is in a lovely quiet spot, very sunny, is a 5min walk to Domingo Perez and the shops etc and has great views. The village council are also planning to build wooden chalets on the old football field next to this land in the hope of fetching in tourism to the area. There are only two english families living in Domingo Perez. This plot could easily be used to make at least four large houses and still leave room for a communial swimming pool and leave space for a garden.
