The villa, which is in two stories, consists of a sitting/dining room with fireplace, a large hall with stairway, dinig area with lots of light, three bedrooms, two which have balconies plus two bathrooms (one very large). There are a total of six storage rooms, four inside and two outside. In connection with the house there are about 100 m² of terraces out of which 15 m² are covered.
The 500 m² plot is surrounded by a wall and there is a nice Mediterranean garden with an 8 x 4 m large swimmingpool which can be covered when required. There is a cast iron gate to the street, parking area and a garage of 28 m² with storage room.
