La terraza de la azotea tiene vistas extensas y es bastante grande para un área que se sienta agradable y una bomba ocultada del intercambio de calor para el sistema de “Solarventi” que mantiene la casa seco y el pozo ventilado. 2 dormitorios y el sittingroom tienen caliente y el aire/acondicionado frío y el calor adicional es desde chimenea disponible en la sala de estar. Debajo de la casa hay un garage/un trastero.

A well hidden jewel on the Eastern outskirts of Nerja.
From the entrance hall you encounter a big and airy combination lounge/diningroom with several doors to the south facing terrace that leads to the heated swimming-pool. Beside this is an al fresco dining area surrounded by mature plants and completely hidden from the road. Off the dining room part you see the smartly fitted kitchen with lots of worktops and storage space. Before you go up the wide stairs you find the cloakroom.
On the first floor there are three good size bedrooms, two of which have access to the big terrace from which you have sea and mountain views.. One bathroom is en-suite and the family bathroom is accessed from the hallway.
The roof terrace has extensive views and is big enough for a pleasant sitting area and hidden heat exchange pump for the "Solarventi" system that keeps the house dry and well ventilated. 2 bedrooms and the sittingroom have hot and cold A/C and further warmth is available from the fireplace in the living-room. Below the house there is a garage/storage room.
