This house is located in Benamargosa, a rural village in the heart of the Axarquía. On the banks of the river grow avocados and citrus fruits, whilst the usual olive and almond trees, and mangoes, cover the surrounding hillsides. The village has everything you need on a day to day basis such as a variety of small shops, banks, bars, a health centre, a primary school and an open air swimming pool. The coast is about a thirty minute drive and the airport at Málaga can be reached within an hour.
This village house is located in a semi pedestrianised street in the centre of the village. You enter directly into a large living area via a small terrace at the front. To the left are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and to the right is a third bedroom. The living area contains a wood burning stove and is semi-divided to provide a breakfast area with a dining room leading off. The kitchen is reached through the breakfast area and has door leading out to a small patio. From the patio a staircase leads up to the two terraces which are connected by a small corridor.
Although very spacious the house retains much of the andalucian charm and the floors have recently been retiled throughout.
