Benamargosa is an inland village of the Axarquia whose inhabitants mainly make their living from agriculture. The village is only half an hour from the beaches at the Costa del Sol, and has kept much of its Andalucian charm.There are various shops in the village where you can buy anything you need on a day to day basis, as well as bars and restaurants, banks, a health centre and a summer opening municipal swimming pool. Málaga city is an hour away.

This Andalucian village property is in a quiet, small street. Via the front door you enter into a cosy sitting room, where there is a small kitchenette area to one side. You reach another room by ascending three steps – here there is a WC in a one corner of the room. A staircase leads from here up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. A further staircase leads up to the roof terrace, from which there are lovely views over a small square with a palm tree.

The house requires some decorative repair to bring it up to modern standards. Water and electricity are connected. With a little imagination the property could be converted into a comfortable home.
